Espartaco cumple años

Nadie se imagina otro rostro para el más célebre de los esclavos romanos. Pocos actores han hecho gala de tanta personalidad y carácter dentro y fuera de la pantalla como él. En un "annus horribilis" donde hemos perdido a gran parte de las antiguas estrellas cinematográficas que nos quedaban, es una gran noticia el poder celebrar hoy el cumpleaños de una de las estrellas más rutilantes de la época dorada del cine. Del hoyuelo más mítico que se haya visto en una película. Kirk Douglas cumple hoy 92 años. El hijo del trapero como él se definió en su autobiografía, ha tenido una de las carreras más brillantes del panorama cinematográfico. Desde Espartaco a Senderos de gloria, Cautivos del mal o El loco del pelo rojo, muchas son las perlas donde ha dado buen ejemplo de su capacidad. Hoy es un día feliz porque Kirk Douglas todavía sigue brillando fuera de las pantallas. Felicidades Espartaco.
